D2MR serves as a centralized location for the storage, management, and dissemination of Hydraulic & Hydrology models and data related to FEMA's FIRM Updates. D2MR website provides standard web tools to navigate and access information related to the effective FEMA DFIRM's and supporting modeling data. Consulting engineers have the 1-2 D2MR USER GUIDE ability to download the latest models for a stream, create studies. The mapping component of the D2MR application provides users the ability to search by address, cross streets, stream name, watershed name, FEMA panel, or Letters of Map Change (LOMC)

You need to login to the San Antonio River Authority D2MR Website to access and download the hydrology, hydraulic, and geospatial data (GIS/CADD) data it provides for consulting engineers. If you have not created a login, visit the D2MR main page and select the 'Register Now' link and follow the instructions.
